Have you ever tried a skill and got than never wanted to do it again? Giving up will only make it harder when you want to do it again. When you persevere you will get even better at it. If you want to get really good at gymnastics you have to to know how to trust your coach, trust yourself, and most importantly memories your routine which means you have to be good at remembering things.
One of the most important things you need to know how to do is memorize your routines. For instance I went to a gymnastics meet and forgot my routine. Another example is you can’t practice a routine without knowing the routine.
Another important thing you need to know how to do is trust your coach. For example you won’t be able to do as many skills with a spot. Another example is you won’t be able to get better with help and help makes it easier to know your doing it right.
Another thing that you need to know how to do is trust yourself because if you don’t you won’t be able to get better. For example winning makes you feel good but you can’t keep winning if you don’t get better. Another example is you should motivate yourself because if you do you will probably try more new things and will get better. But if you don’t you will do the same things over again and you won’t get better.
